Resepi Carrot Cake

Resepi carrot cake ni dah lame cobe.time tu punye la teringin sgt tekak ni nk mkn carrot cake mcm org ngidam plak. Sedap bile dikunyah sbb penuh ngn kekacang, kelapa kering n parutan carrot. Ikutkan selera saye perlu kurangkan kuantiti cinnamon powder, maklumla tekak org melayu, rase pelik je bile bubuh byk cinnamon powder #ikut resepi gune 11/4 teaspoon je..mati sume rase di lidah i uolss.hehe selamat mencuba..

RESEPI CARROT CAKE

1 cwn tepung gandum
1 st baking powder
1/2 st soda bicarbonate
1/2 st garam halus
11/4 st serbuk kayu manis
2 biji telur gred A/ 3 biji telur gred B/C
3/4 cwn minyak jagung
3/4 cwn gula halus
11/4 cwn parutan carrot (perah airnya)
1/2 cwn kelapa kering
1/2 cwn walnut cincang

Topping:
100 g mentega (sila guna unsalted butter ye)
125 g cream cheese
1 st esen vanila
11/2 sb icing sugar (sila ayak, jgn malas)

Cara:
- Masukkan telur, minyak jagung & gula. kacau sebati.
- Masuk tepung, baking powder, sada bicarbonate, garam, serbuk kayu manis.
- Masuk parutan carrot, kelapa kering & walnut.Sebatikan.
- Bakar pada suhu 180C selama 50-1 jam.
- Biarkan kek sejuk di atas redai. Lepas sejuk bole la bubuh cream cheese topping tu.
- Sedia untuk di makan.
